We're here to help. Haveo is a small team, but we read every message.
Email UsEverything you write lives on your phone. Delete the app and it is gone — we have no copy to delete, because we never had one. Individual events, notes, chats and contacts can be deleted inside the app.
When you ask Haveo for something, what you typed goes to Anthropic, who write the reply — along with the event you are prepping for and any file you attach. Rehearsing out loud sends that event’s saved intro, pitch and talking points too, so the practice partner asks about your real situation. Opening an event page sends that event’s details once, to write the “what to expect” list — that is the one thing sent without you tapping anything, and it does not happen at all if the AI is switched off. When it reads a reply out loud, that one sentence goes to OpenAI, who make the voice. Neither company uses it to train their AI, and both delete it within about 30 days. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is sent for each feature.
Profile > AI > Let Haveo answer, switched off. The chat, the file reading and the spoken voice stop straight away. Everything that runs on your phone alone — your events, notes, cheat sheet and reflections — keeps working exactly as before, and nothing you have saved is deleted.
Check your internet connection — the AI features need one. If it still does not work, close the app and open it again. If Haveo is switched off in Profile, it will say so rather than answer.
If you are on an older version of the app, the spoken voice may be silent until you update — the conversation still works as text, and updating brings the voice back. Otherwise, check your ringer and volume, and that Haveo is switched on in Profile.
